~~Now the detox begins. 

The easy part is over and the next 3 days are where the most detoxing will occur.

CONTINUE elimination of foods listed. 

Eat only those fruits and vegetables as listed below:

- Cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, kale, cabbage, Brussels sprouts)

- Raw or cooked green vegetables

- organic herbs and olive oil

- Fresh apples and pears (whole or freshly juiced)

- Canned apple or pear juice (no sugar added)

You can do it!!
